Installation Procedure of Mineral Wool Insulation Pipe

1. Preparation:
   • Ensure the pipe or equipment surface is free from moisture, surface frost, and corrosion.
   • Apply an appropriate protective coating if required.
2. Insulation Selection:
   • Select the specified insulation type, ensuring the thickness and density meet the project specifications.
3. Insulation Installation:
   • Install the insulation so that all edges are fully covered and secured.
   • Use stainless steel wires or straps to tightly secure the insulation to the pipe or equipment surface.
4. Final Covering:
   • Cover the insulated pipe or equipment with aluminum jackets of the specified thickness according to the project design.
   • Ensure an overlap of 5 cm for aluminum sheets, fastening the edges tightly with stainless steel screws every 25 to 30 cm.
   • Secure the aluminum jackets further using stainless steel straps every 30 to 50 cm.
   • Seal all seams with silicone tube mastic for waterproofing and sealing.
