Bio-soluble

Bio-soluble:

Bio-soluble fiber Insulation of Jahan Ayegh Pars Company is manufactured from calcium and magnesium silicate fibers in the Spun process. This type of fiber does not have any hazard classification due to its low bio-persistence and bio-degradability. It is resistant to high temperatures reaching 1260ºC.

It is flexible and competent in treating with the refractory linings, thermal insulation and metals transfer. These special fibers have ability to support continuous applications under high temperature conditions and can produce in board, textile, paper and blanket.

Features:

  • Low thermal conductivity
  • Low heat storage
  • Thermal shock resistance
  • Light weight
  • Bio-degradable
  • Low hazard classification
  • Sound damping properties
  • Safe to use
  • Good thermal insulation

Applications:

  • Back-up insulation for dense refractory
  • Annealing furnace linings
  • Heat treatment furnace linings
  • Fire protection
  • Boiler and incinerator linings
  • Nuclear power thermal insulation
